With this tool, you can go to any LinkedIn profile and get a score against any position that you are hiring.
This is a feature that you can only access through X0PA’s app. You will need to register to use the feature.
How does this work?
After logging in through your LinkedIn profile, you can start looking at a candidate’s profile. You can rate the candidate based on their profiles. The more you rate them on, the more you can get a score.
Once you get a score, you can add the job to a candidate’s profile and see how much they are suited for it. You can also see if they have been in a similar position before.
You can also see their likelihood of staying loyal to the job as well. There is also a chance of their performance for the job. It’s your chance to see how they fit.
What can you do with this tool?
Once you’ve finished reviewing a candidate, you can download the X0PA Recruiter extension to see if they are suitable.
After downloading this extension, you can get a score and a loyalty percentage for a candidate’s profile. It is also possible to get a score for their performance for the job that you are recruiting for.
