How does this work?

After logging in through your LinkedIn profile, you can start looking at a candidate’s profile. You can rate the candidate based on their profiles. The more you rate them on, the more you can get a score.

Once you get a score, you can add the job to a candidate’s profile and see how much they are suited for it. You can also see if they have been in a similar position before.

You can also see their likelihood of staying loyal to the job as well. There is also a chance of their performance for the job. It’s your chance to see how they fit.
